Aftercare Program

Helping clients maintain recovery after they leave treatment is an important goal at Clear Haven Center. Through ongoing communication with the family and/or a referring professional, the client experiences a smooth transition back to the home environment and workplace. This provides clients with strong support during the early period of their recovery.

Clear Haven Center is committed to exploring innovative ways for helping you maintain sobriety once you have been discharged. Since clients are seen from all over North America, online aftercare is an innovation we are proud to offer.

Our interactive chat forum allows you to talk directly to your counselors. You can let them know how well you are doing with your recovery, or inquire for more information about our online aftercare support group forums. These forums would consist of private or group discussions available only for those who have gone through our program.
