- Cognitive Group - Healthy Thinking and Anger Management Skills through cognitive behavioral lessons
- Communication Group - Communication and Relaxation Skills
- Motivational Group – Discovering personalized reasons to stay motivated to remain abstinent through uplifting
and positive educational material
- Recreation Group - Health Skills, each client has the opportunity to participate in physical activities
- Yoga Group - Health and Relaxation Skills, yoga twice per week with a trained and skilled instructor
